When we have fun, we get out of bed and make it to the gym in the morning or we go straight to the gym after work. What we do (our classes) serve as proof of what we believe in. We want to give you a space to reach your fitness goals and having fun as you do it. We commit to YOUR fitness goals in every class, to give you the strength and motivation you need to get where you want to be!

In 2007, Diana Zalaquett began her passion for fitness. She decided to create a workout that she could have fun with and enjoy. Her passion for music led her to an exercise routine that incorporates dancing and strength training in a studio that embodies a fun/stress free environment. Diana was looking for a way to make people find workouts less dreadful and more something they look forward to.
FitNFun studio strives to bring exercise, companionship and support to students, businesswomen and moms that are looking to stay fit without worrying about tight schedules or family needs. We want to hep you reach your fitness goals through fun with Zumba and Circuit Strength training.
Zumba and circuit strength training is a full body Zumba and strength training class that will involve weights and fun music to tone and shape your body. All the varieties of Zumba classes involve a party-like environment where all that matters is you are here to have fun and really enjoy working out!
All the classes are taught by men/women that share a passion for a business that gives top priority to your wellness through fun. The instructors are everyone from moms to teachers to nurses or students. Our goal is to have videos up on the page for any member of our studio that cannot make it to a class and wants to take it virtually.
Diana earned her degree at Northeastern University and grew up in Peru, where her passion for dance began.
Diana has created a fitness nutrition program to help you stay accountable throughout your fitness journey. T.R.A.C.K (Train, Release, Act, Chillout and Kick butt)
Diana is a certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
