How many of us have gone days without integrating as many veggies and fruits as we should into our diet?I definitely find that my energy levels increase when I begin to add more natural foods into my life. My clothes start to feel better and without noticing, I start losing weight naturally. The only thing to watch out for is not adding too many fruits into our shakes. Or if you love fruits, make sure you add fruits that contain less sugar.
If you are always on the go, just take your berries with you and use a nutribullet! Take the time to nourish your body and don't foget about what is powering your engine. Try to plan ahead and eat right! You are what your eat and absorb, so try to eat more fresh fruits and veggies.

1. Very Berry Shake
I LOVE this shake! I am a fan of berries so when I can put them into a shake and combine them with hemp protein, I can definitely help detox my body and feel less bloated in general. This is the perfect shake right before a workout.
-1 cup water
-1 tbps. hemp seeds (great fatty acids)
-2 ripe bananas (properly fueled for your workout)
-1 cup Mixed berries (high in vitamins and anti-oxidant
-1tbsp Chia seeds (high in fat based protein, hydrate your body)
-1 tbps Maca powder (high in minerals, will reduce your stress levels, increase your endurance.
2. Natural Shake to help you slim down
This shake contains only 3 ingredients. It takes only a few minutes to prepare.
-2 cocunuts (white coconuts) use fresh coconut water
-10 oz. spinach
-10 oz. Baby greens (pre-washed makes your life easier)
-Just pulse on the blender
-Top with raspberries and mint leaves
3. The Black Beauty Shake
This shake is pure goodness. Just try it out once and you will be obsessed! One of the best ways to help regulate your metabolism is by adding flaxseeds to your meals. They are loaded with lignans and fiber and not only will help your metabolism, but will also help control blood sugar. Try the Berry-Flaxseed Smoothie as well!
-1/2 cup Baby spinach
-1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
-1 whole apple
-8-10 black berries
-8-10 frozen blue-berries
